Brunch de fin de semana: Pancakes de avena y plátano!
1 plátano maduro machacado, 100 gramos de harina de avena integral, 180ml de leche, 1-2 cucharadas sirope de arce y canela al gusto. Lo mezclamos todo y a la sartén unos minutos por cada lado. Yo le he añadido frutas, semillas y sirope de arce.
🇬🇧Weekend brunch: Banana pancakes.
1 ripe mashed banana, 100 gr oat flour, 180ml milk, cinnamon and 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup. Do within the pan a couple of minuts on either side. Topping are extra banana, blueberrys, raspberrys, seeds and pure maple syrup.
