1 taza de arándanos congelados
1 taza de leche
half of taza de avena
Ponerlo en la batidora y listo!
Los toppings son 1 cucharada de coco rallado y fruta fresca.

1 cup milk of your selection
half of cup rolled oats
Put all within the blender and it is prepared!
