Hoy he probado una receta nueva que hacía tiempo que me rondaba en la cabeza, un Fudge de chocolate vegano hecho con boniato, dátiles, avena, pulpa de almendra, leche de almendras y cacao puro en polvo.
Es una buena opción para darte un capricho dulce, libre de azúcar refinado y grasas saturadas.
Esta vez lo he hecho a ojo, pero en breve lo volveré hacer y os pondré las medidas exactas de cada ingrediente. Feliz tarde 😘
