Hoy he preparado una nueva receta de tortitas veganas, esta vez sin gluten, para el taller de “Desayunos y snacks saludables” que haré en mayo.
He utilizado harina de trigo sarraceno y la verdad es que han quedado muy esponjosas y ricas.
Toma nota 📝
Ingredientes:
🌱100g harina de trigo sarraceno 🌱1 cdta levadura en polvo
🌱1 cdta canela
🌱1/2 Cda semillas de chia
🌱1 plátano maduro
🌱2 dátiles remojados en agua caliente 🌱150ml leche de almendras
Poner los ingredientes húmedos en el procesador de alimentos y triturar. Añadir los secos y mezclar bien. Dejar reposar la masa 10 minutos y puedes empezar a preparar tus tortitas! –
