Good afternoon dears! At this time’s breakfast was this cashew-chocolate smoothie with soy yogurt and do-it-yourself raspberry chia jam 😋

For the smoothie I’ve used 2 frozen bananas, 1/four cup of cashew milk, one handful of soaked cashews and 1 Tbsp of uncooked cacao powder.

Hoy mi desayuno ha sino este smoothie de anacardos y chocolate con yogur de soja y mermelada de chia y frambuesas 😊

Para el smoothie he utilizado 2 plátanos congelados, 1/four de taza de leche de anacardos, 1 puñado de anacardos en remojo y una cucharada de cacao puro en polvo.
