Good morning everybody! At this time I began the day with this bowl of chocolate in a single day oats with kiwi, banana, strawberries, pomegranate, pumpkin seeds and swollen quinoa. Benefit from the Sunday! 🌷

For the chocolate in a single day oats I’ve used 50g of rolled oats, 125ml soy yogurt, 125ml soy milk, 1 Tbsp uncooked cacao powder and 1 tsp pure maple syrup. Let it sit in a single day within the fridge and prepared
