Good morning my dears! At the moment’s breakfast was this almond-vanilla in a single day oats jars with chia seeds, apricot purée and pumpkin seeds. I really like this flavors mixture 😋

For the in a single day oats I’ve used 50gr rolled oats, 1 Tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp pure maple syrup, 125ml almond milk, 125ml soy milk and a pinch of vanilla powder.

Buenos días a todos! Hoy el desayuno han sido estos in a single day oats de almendra y vainilla con semillas de chia, puré de albaricoque y pipas de calabaza. Me encanta esta combinación de sabores, lo tenéis que probar! 😊

Para los in a single day oats he utilizado 50gr de avena, 1 cucharada de semillas de chia, 125ml de leche de almendras, 125ml de yogur de soja, 1 cucharadita de sirope de arce puro y una pizca de vainilla. Dejar reposar toda la noche en la nevera y listo! –
