Good morning! In the present day for breakfast I’ve ready these jars of in a single day oats with poppy seeds, strawberry-chia purée and peanut butter. Topped with blackberries, strawberries and kiwi 🥝🍓.

For the in a single day oats I’ve used 1 cup soy milk, 1 cup soy yogurt, 1 cup rolled oats, 2 Tbsp poppy seeds and a couple of tsp pure maple syrup.
For the strawberries-chia puree I’ve used 1 cup heat strawberries with 2 Tbsp chia seeds.

Buenos días! Hoy he preparado estos vasitos de in a single day oats con semillas de amapola, pure de fresas y chia, crema de cacahuete, kiwi, moras y fresas.

Para los in a single day oats he puesto 1 taza de avena, 1 taza de leche de soja, 1 taza de yogur de soja, 2 cucharadas de semillas de amapola y 2 cucharaditas de sirope de arce puro. Dejar reposar toda la noche en la nevera.
Para el puré de fresas he puesto a calentar una taza de fresas troceadas. Luego he añadido 2 cucharadas de semillas de chia. Dejar reposar toda la noche.
