Hoy desayuno completo como cada día pero diferente:
Porridge de plátano y canela con almendras, semillas, chocolate, plátano y arándanos.
Ingredientes para el porridge:
-1/2 taza avena integral
-1 plátano pequeño maduro machacado
-1 taza leche almendras
-1/2 taza agua
-1 cdta canela
-1 cdta vainilla
Poner la avena con el resto de ingredientes menos el plátano a fuego lento. Una vez empiece a hervir se irán espesando, cuando ya tengan la textura que nos guste añadir el plátano machacado y remover. Dejar reposar unos minutos y listo para comer 💙
