Hoy para comer bol de ensalada (brotes variados, cherrys, pepino, maiz y aguacate) con falafel, boniato y patata violeta al horno. Aliñado con salsa tzatziki y semillas de chia.
Falafel:
150gr garbanzos de bote escurridos
1/four cebolla morada
half of ajo
Perejil, comino, pimentón, sal y pimienta.
Picamos con el procesador de alimentos. Damos forma a los medallones y metemos al horno a 190grados unos 20 min aprox. Les damos la vuelta y horneamos 10 minutos más o hasta que estén dorados.
