Merienda de lunes: Smoothie de frutas del bosque, plátano y coco:
1 plátano pequeño congelado
120gr de frutas del bosque
60ml leche de coco
125ml yogur de soja sabor coco sin azúcar
Ponemos todos los ingredientes en la licuadora y listo! Es sano, fresco y está buenísimo 😋.
Blended berries, banana and coconut smoothie:
1 small frozen banana
120gr frozen combined berries
60ml coconut milk
125ml soy coconut yogurt sugarfree
Put all of the substances within the blender and luxuriate in!

  • @maritav_e Jo personalment no li pos sucre perquè amb la dolçor del plàtan ja me basta. Però això depèn del gust de cada persona. Lo seu es provar-ho i afegir sucre o sirope fins que estigui al teu gust 😊
