In a single day oats con semillas de chia, almendras y frambuesas.
60 gr avena
1 cucharadita semillas de chia
10gr almendras naturales
1 cucharadita sirope de arce
150ml leche de soja o almendras (o la que más os guste)
50ml yogur de soja
60gr frambuesas congeladas (descongeladas)
Ponemos todo en un bote y removemos bien. Tapamos y lo dejamos en la nevera toda la noche. Y por la mañana, ya tenemos el desayuno listo!
🇬🇧Raspberry-chia In a single day Oats:
60gr rolled oats
1 tsp chia seeds
10gr uncooked almonds
150ml almond or soy milk
50ml soy yogurt
1 tsp pure maple syrup
Put all of the components in a bowl o jar and blend till properly mixed. Cowl and place within the fridge in a single day. And the following morning the breakfast is prepared!
