Poke bowl con tofu caramelizado, noodles de mijo y arroz integral, zanahoria, col lombarda y edamame.
Esta ha sido mi comida de hoy, aliñado con una salsa de cacahuetes que he hecho mezclando crema de cacahuetes, tamari, sirope de arce, limón, agua y pimienta cayena. 📝El tofu caramelizado lo hago marinando el tofu la noche anterior con tamari, limón, cebolla y ajo en polvo y todas las especias que queráis.
Luego lo salteo en la sartén hasta que queda crujiente. En un bol a parte pongo 2 cucharadas de tamari, 1 cucharada de sirope de arce, media lima exprimida y pimienta cayena (opcional). Una vez el tofu esté crujiente bajamos a fuego lento y añadimos la mezcla agridulce. No dejamos de remover hasta que la salsa haya espesado. Añadimos sésamo y listo!

This has been my meal immediately, seasoned with a peanut sauce that I’ve made by mixing peanut butter, tamari, maple syrup, lemon, water and cayenne pepper. 📝 The caramelised tofu I do marinating the tofu the night time earlier than with tamari, lemon, onion and garlic powder and all of the spices you need. Then I fried it within the pan till it’s crispy. In a separate bowl combine 2 tablespoons of tamari, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, half a squeezed lime and cayenne pepper (non-obligatory). As soon as the tofu is crispy low the warmth and add the tamari combination. Don’t cease stirring till the sauce has thickened. Add sesame seeds and prepared! I hope you prefer it ❤️
