Yo en este caso me la he preparado con espaguetis integrales eco, champiñones, guisantes y semillas de cáñamo.
Ingredientes:
•1 (half si es grande) Coliflor hervida
•Caldo vegetal
•2 cucharadas de levadura nutricional •Zumo de medio limón •Nuez moscada
•Ajo en polvo
•Cebolla en polvo
•Sal y pimienta
Triturar la coliflor en un procesador de alimentos con el zumo de limón. Ir añadiendo caldo vegetal hasta conseguir la textura deseada. Añadir las especias al gusto y lista para servir con la pasta elegida!
