Lo habéis probado alguna vez? Es muy fácil de preparar y perfecto para tomar como desayuno, merienda o postre! 🙌🏽
Yo lo he acompañado de mango triturado, coco y chocolate negro 92%.
Ingredientes:
-Four Cdas semillas de chia
-250ml leche vegetal
-50ml yogur vegetal
-1cdta vainilla
Mezclar todos los ingredientes y dejar reposar al menos una hora.

Components: -Four Tbsp chia seeds
-250ml vegetable milk -50ml vegetable yogurt -1 tsp vanilla essence
