Lo mejor es estar preparado cuando sabes que no vas a tener tiempo de prepararte la merienda o el desayuno, o que te va a pillar fuera de casa. Por eso yo hoy me he preparado estos vasitos para merendar hoy y desayunar mañana.
Aquí os dejo la receta del porridge básico.
Ingredientes:
1/three taza avena integral
2/three leche vegetal
1/three agua
1 cucharada semillas chia y lino
1 cdta vainilla
