Antojo de chocolate? Entonces este bizcocho saludable, vegano y sin azúcar refinado es lo que necesitas! Uno de sus ingredientes es la compota de manzana casera. Le da una textura muy jugosa que a mí me encanta. Toma nota de la receta y me cuentas 👇🏼
Ingredientes secos:
🌱2 tazas harina de avena integral 🌱1/four taza cacao puro en polvo
🌱1 cdta bicarbonato sódico 🌱1 pizca de sal
Ingredientes húmedos:
🌱1 taza compota de manzana casera
🌱1/four taza + 2 Cdas leche vegetal 🌱1/2 taza pasta de dátil 🌱four Cdas aceite de coco derretido 🌱1 cdta esencia de vainilla
En un bol mezcla los ingredientes secos y en otro los ingredientes húmedos. Una vez las dos mezclas estén hechas, ir integrando los secos a los húmedos y remover. Engrasar un molde y hornear a 180 grado 30 minutos aproximadamente (depende del horno y del molde)
📍Para la cobertura de chocolate he mezclado cacao puro en polvo con un chorrito de leche vegetal caliente y sirope de arce hasta crear una crema.

Dry components:
🌱2 cups oat flour
🌱1/four cup cocoa powder
🌱1 tsp baking soda
🌱1 pinch of salt
Moist components:
🌱1 cup home made apple compote 🌱1/four cup + 2 Tbsp almond milk
🌱1/2 cup date paste
🌱four Tbsp melted coconut oil
🌱1 tsp Vanilla Essence
In a single bowl combine the dry components and in one other the moist components. As soon as the 2 mixtures are made, go integrating the dry ones to the moist ones and stir. Grease a mildew and bake at 180 levels about 30 minutes (depends upon the oven and the mildew)
